A typical candidate in our 360 platform will start by completing a self-assessment. This is complemented by feedback from a selected group of raters who work closely with the candidate.

The entire process is facilitated by our intuitive online platform that allows project leaders to see which raters have completed their assessments and manage the feedback process effortlessly.

Candidates: Reports, data and insights

Our 360 platform offers candidates a full report once the feedback is gathered. This feedback plays a key role when it comes to developing a meaningful development plan. Feedback includes: 

  • A breakdown of strengths and areas requiring development. 
  • Blind spots i.e. where there’s a significant gap between self-assessment and rater feedback. 
  • Insights from different groups (line managers, colleagues and/or direct reports), providing a well-rounded view of leadership and performance.

Each rater is asked to complete a series of behavioural questions and can provide additional commentary where appropriate.

We also include demo videos, a user guide and real-time support for raters, ensuring they can confidently complete their part in the feedback process.
